Paullelujah: March 2007
http://tallpaulblogs.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Can I get an Amen! Saturday, March 24, 2007. Reds vs. Phillies. Here are a couple of quick photos of our day in Sarasota. The Reds beat the Phillies 7-0 today behind a strong outing by Bronson Arroyo and some bombs by Dunn and Phillips. Arroyo looked great and apparently was only thowing fastballs and changeups, just to see what would happen. He didn't allow a run, so he should be fine when he adds the curveball back into his repertoire. Loves when the grounds crew does the YMCA. Posted by Paul at 9:03 PM.

All posts in Beer. March 25, 2015. March 25, 2015. Brace yourself. It’s back. BLDG Gallery’s 199C rocked our face off last year. And we’ve got the inside scoop that it will be bigger, badder, brasher and thraser than before. We’re not totally sure what that means, but the bottom line is this: Be there. Artists include Covington and Cincinnati-based designers such as Rob Warnick. And Brian Stuparyk of Steam Whistle Letterpress. Representing the home team, while nationally recognized greats like Jon Contino.

Best Music 2010: Songs. As with the end of every year,. You exclaim. "Why should we trust you? You haven't even heard the new Drake, Best Coast and National albums this year! And to that I say: ".hm. Good point. Fair enough, you did your research." But shortly after I forget the entire conversation. Without further ado, here's what caught my attention in 2010, starting with the top 25 songs:. Gorillaz featuring Mos Def and Bobby Womack Plastic Beach. Meth, Ghost and Rae Wu Massacre. And Cuban Linx 2.

Best Music 2009: Albums. Morrissey Years of Refusal. This album was sort of "Moz By Numbers" but still built on the resurgence of Morrissey in the 00s. He also had a difficult 2009 (after collapsing on stage, the British press attacked his subsequent performances, calling him "bloated" among other things), and that earned him a sympathy spot. Animal Collective Merriweather Post Pavillion. Yo La Tengo Popular Songs. Wilco Wilco (The Album). I think with this pick, I was just happy to see Jeff Tweedy makin...

The 100-word Project Runway Recap: Episode 11. Wow I think I was spoiled by writing only a couple of sentences about the last 10 episodes. Coming up with 100 words for this generally cringe-inducing episode seems daunting. Guess I'll give it a whirl:. Ach The music challenge. The designers must dress each other up in a different embodiment of a randomly chosen musical style. As someone who enjoys music, it's sad to see it broken down to it's basic, dumb elements. Punk = safety pins! The designers must de...
