One womans adventures into the Menopause. By watching the world spin round and round. So I will keep you posted on the effects of this. I am hoping that HRT brings me back to normal feelings. Hot flashes and night sweats I can cope with, but this living in a cloud is just unacceptable. By watching the world spin round and round. Or that I felt like I was in a cloud, or that my periods where now intense and heavy… isn’t that normal for me now? So what is the next step now? A few weeks on.

So I am pretty much only on it 4 or 5 days a week. I keep thinking I feel a little off when I do use it, but that off feeling doesn’t last long. My energy level is well, level. I don’t feel like I am in the bottom of a pit. At least at the moment. Now to work on the weight. I will keep you posted. So what is the next step now?
