I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down. Into the grass, how to kneel down in the grass,. How to be idle and blessed, how to stroll through the fields,. Which is what I have been doing all day. Tell me, what else should I have done? Without hesitation, Mary Oliver replied, “in love.”. July 18, 2010. My day...

This time I was on my own because finances were tight, (did I mention I don't like flying) but I had my eyes fixed on the prize. One very hungry boy. His Old life and room. He cried on and off almost the whol...

weaving to dream
Saturday, January 15, 2011. I am taking a new workshop with Jude Hill and it is easier to post on typepad for the class. So just for a while, I will be over there. I am also trying out typepad to see if I like it better. So far I am not convinced, but I am not an expert at either place. Learning all the time. Still weaving and stitching and moving through winter. This is not a picture of our skies, but a dream of another day. Links to this post. Wednesday, December 22, 2010. I showed her everything.

Weaving Tools Index
Woodworking and Weaving Go Hand in Hand. There is something almost magical, something deeply satisfying about using a well made tool. When the work is going well, and the tools in ones hands are beautiful, functional, and perfectly suited to the weaver it is hard to describe the joy of creation that one feels. It is my goal to play some small part in your weaving pleasure and to provide the serious fiber artist with inspired tools that respond to any creative demand. I hope you will get in touch.
