These noodles work great for homemade chicken noodle soup, or can be used in any recipe that uses noodles, such as spaghetti. 2 cups wheat flour (or white). 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt. 1/2 tsp. baking powder. 8 cups uncooked rolled oats. 4 cups wheat flake cereal. 3 cups raw wheat germ. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds. 1/8 cup flax seeds. 1/2 tsp. salt. 3/4 cup chopped nuts. 2 cups dried fruit (apples and raisins work best). Store in fridge in airtight container or ziplock bag. Saute for 2 min:.

I made these over the weekend and they were a hit. I love the crumbly top. And I love having an apple peeler/corer. Go get one and make these. 2 1/3 c. flour. 1/4 c brown sugar. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. 9 tbsp. butter. 2-3 small apples, cored, peeled and cut into small pieces. 1 tbsp. baking powder. 1/2 tsp. salt. Spoon into muffin tins; top with crumb mixture.
