Monday, September 24, 2012. Hazel Marion at 2 months old. Hazel had her 2 month doctor's appointment on Friday (one week late), so I was finally able to get all her stats! She was such a brave girl, and only cried for a few minutes after her shots (basically from when they gave her the shots to when I nursed her). According to her pediatrician, Hazel is growing beautifully and is absolutely perfect. We kinda knew that one already though! 12 lbs 14 oz (75th percentile). 235 inches (75th percentile). We've...

Friday, October 5, 2012. I've shared this recipe before, but we made them again last week. And I realized that it wasn't on our new blog anymore! We even subbed lean ground beef for the ground turkey (on sale at the grocery), and it was just as good. I found these Southwestern Stuffed Peppers on Pinterest. And they were incredibly good! I plugged this recipe into My Fitness Pal. 4 bell peppers, halved and seeds removed. 1/2 lb. lean ground turkey breast. 1 cup onion, chopped. 2 cups brown rice, cooked.
