Tuesday, 2 July 2013. Squat rep day and again, a really tough session to get through. I got up to 135kg and managed to get 5 reps, which is ok, but not the 8-10 I should be getting. It might have just been a bad day, but I think the weighted walking I'm doing on the weekend is also causing issues. I completed the session with pause squats, SGDLs, Leg Exts. And some heavy ab.
