Ground Turkey - PROTEIN, PROTEIN & MORE PROTEIN!

PROTEIN, PROTEIN and MORE PROTEIN! Dec 10th, 2008 at 1:48 PM. In efforts to save money and time on food, I've taken to cooking turkey burgers in bulk as they're fast and allow me to easily control portion size. PROTEIN, PROTEIN and MORE PROTEIN! Jan 24th, 2010. What do you do with leftover egg yolks? I tried Googling but most of what I came up with was a) custard or b) custard pies. Not exactly the direction I was hoping for. I've been feeding them to my cat, but she can only eat so many. If the answer has to be "throw them out," then so be it - it's cheaper than buying a carton of whites - but I don't like it much.). 14 comments Leave a comment. Jan 24th, 2010 09:54 pm (UTC). PROTEIN, PROTEIN and MORE PROTEIN! Feb 21st, 2008 at 6:36 PM. I need help with spicing up my chicken breasts. I've been doing the boring-ol' drop some olive oil on it and sprinkling on some oregano, then baking it in the oven for 30 minutes. It leaves something to be desired. What are some good, simple combinations of spices to make my chicken taste better? Faux "fried" chicken legs. Strength Athlete Protein Needs / ZMA is a Waste of Money. The Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. JISSN) recently granted free access to some interesting articles. Some folks like to be spoon-fed nutritional information; others like to learn on their own. This is for the latter group.
