Money Saving Momma: January 2014
http://joannasavesmoney.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Helping to "make ends meet". saving time, money, and sanity too! Sunday, January 19, 2014. This year, my son turned TEN and wanted a Minecraft theme for his party. We always do our own party favors and make the cake. I must admit, this was the easiest cake I have ever made and he absolutely loved it! We had to have one with the #10 on it, so we used square Starbursts. And a little hand made Minecraft sword. And every party has to have some special little favors! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Money Saving Momma: October 2012
http://joannasavesmoney.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Helping to "make ends meet". saving time, money, and sanity too! Friday, October 26, 2012. SQUEEZING some fruit into breakfast! My kiddos love waffles for breakfast, but I hate the fact that the syrup and carbs alone are NOT a healthy way to start the day! I had been trying to serve sausage and fruit on the side, but guess what was always left on their plates.the fruit. Even the tastiest fruit will seem sour if you've just licked maple syrup off your fork, so. Berries heated in syrup and left whole.

Snapshots: Weekend wrapup
http://semohomesweethome.blogspot.com/2011/09/weekend-wrapup.html
Happy Monday, friends! The weeks sure are flying by - I can't believe this is the last week of September already! We had a very full weekend. Work actually feels like a break, haha! MY WEDDING BAND WAS IN! Yay :) So, we went to look at it and have it soldered. It was totally worth waiting to have this custom-made beauty. But I totally love this ring and will never want to upgrade, so I'd say it's an investment for a piece I can hand down someday. Suggested I try taking a teaspoon of local honey as a natu...

The A Team: Pen Pal Notebook
http://theateam-milli.blogspot.com/2012/06/pen-pal-notebook.html
Monday, June 11, 2012. I saw the cutest Idea on Pinterest. A homeschooling mom uses this notebook as a way to work on writing skills with her kids. I thought it would be a great way to communicate with mine. I hope they write back. I am only a little excited to leave these on their pillows tonight! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The A Team: May 2010
http://theateam-milli.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 31, 2010. On the way, we stopped at a beauty school and Amber got her hair trimmed and both got manicures. They thought they were hot stuff. Then off we went to the mall. I was still waiting for Amber to back out. We went in, she sat down while they marked her ears, and boom they punched those earrings through. Not a tear in her eye. Lessons learned: 1. Don't give Amber more control than she can handle. 2. Dolphin earrings have fins that will poke into ears and cause nasty issues ...For Mothe...

The A Team: Locks of Love
http://theateam-milli.blogspot.com/2011/11/locks-of-love.html
Saturday, November 26, 2011. I have been growing my hair out for about 2 years now. It always seems to come to a stand still that I can't get over. But this time I powered though. I decided it was time. I finally mailed my ponytailed pieces of hair off today. I am so proud of myself. I would definitely do it again. PS If you get your haircut at Great Clips, they will cut your hair for free if you are donating. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Thy Hand Hath Provided.
