Year 3 Room 21 News. Tuesday, 4 August 2015. Science Term 3 - Heating Up. Our focus for Science this term is Physical Science. We will be studying heat and looking at how heat is produced. So far we have investigated things that produce heat. Like people, earth's core, fire and the sun. We have also looked at things that are heated by something else. As we are AMAZING Scientists Mrs Szczepanik thought that we could also learn how to classify animals into their family groups! We used a branching key and examined each animal to see what group they belonged to. Because we all worked extremely hard during Science last term we got to go on an excursion to the Zoo. Year 3 Room 21 News. Tuesday, 4 August 2015. This term, to celebrate Wattle Grove Primary School. Turning 100 years old, our class is focussing on how schooling has changed over the past 100 years. As part of our History and Writing program we will be creating report posters on the information we have learnt. Wattle Grove Room 24 News. Friday, 16 December 2016. Who keeps cutting onions in here? It's not traditional to post the 'silly' one, but aren't we happy! A lot of people went home crying yesterday, myself included. But that's okay. It's always hard when something amazing ends. It's hard to express just how much I've loved getting up in the morning and coming to school this year.
