Wattle Grove Room 24 News. Friday, 16 December 2016. Who keeps cutting onions in here? It's not traditional to post the 'silly' one, but aren't we happy! A lot of people went home crying yesterday, myself included. But that's okay. It's always hard when something amazing ends. It's hard to express just how much I've loved getting up in the morning and coming to school this year. These kids mean everything to me, and I'm so proud of what they have done, and the people they have developed into this year.

Wattle Grove Room 24 News. Friday, 9 December 2016. Early this week we used our knowledge of place value to solve some crime mysteries. This required a lot of logical reasoning in addition to mathematical knowledge. First, our aspiring detectives were fingerprinted and received their ID badges. After this, they generated their own code names and were given their first case. Everybody kept on top of their case load and marked off their crimes as they were successfully solved. Room 9 Year 5/6 Latest News. Friday, 7 August 2015. Well done to Joshua, Ava, Alyssa and Dillon who received awards today in assembly. They have been working hard within all lessons and put in 120% into everything they do. The students had lots of energy at the beginning of the race and stayed committed throughout. I managed 3 laps of the oval and felt tired so I am extremely proud of all the students, some even managing 30 laps! Refreshments were needed half way round. Icy-poles were enjoyed by all.
