While looking at the wonderful picture of the Parm. Butternut squash gratin, it hit me. What would be marvelous with this? Chicken Cordon Blue. Cue drool. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. 8 thin slices deli ham. 16 slices of Swiss. 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs. 1 teaspoon Olive Oil. Preheat oven to 350. 2 Coves of Garlic.
