So, despite it being my "Special Lady Time" and there being lots of chocolate floating about, I'm determined that today is the real new start after my Pembrokeshire break. So Breakfast is the usual:. 35g Porridge, yogurt, frozen berries (Free on Core, 3 on Discover). A banana (Free on Core, 1 pt on Discover- It's a kiddy sized one). A few raw sugar snap peas (free on both plans).

I've been away for 5 days, pretty much unable to pick what I ate at all, plus, it would have been terribly impolite to photo what I ate when an invited guest at another table. Was ok though, lost 1.5lbs at weigh in, bringing me back to 1.5 over goal, which is fine. And I had the apple sorbet from the same lighter range. I have no idea of the point on that though.
