Saturday, November 27, 2010. Family, Family, Family. Today is going to be a straight up just blog day. No hyperlinks, no images, no hardcore research for you guys. Why? I am currently with family. I spend my Thanksgiving holiday by eating the big feast on Sunday and participating in a fully rested and hectic Black Friday Sale. This was my second Black Friday sale and I am so grateful for those with me. It made it a joy even in the craziness of the holidays. What is family to you? Who is family to you?

Tuesday, September 28, 2010. I hope you are enjoying this wonderful step into fall. I want to start this blog with sharing something with you all. In an afternoon walk I decided to stop and take notice of my surroundings. I looked at the mountain made almost entirely out of acorns. All the acorns were broken and without their caps and seeds. The squirrels had already devoured them. Some last for mere weeks while others defy time and life by lasting until the end. It is up to us to make the most of it.
