My new friend, Stella, in the Half Way hut at the golf club was so impressed with this recipe that she thinks she might serve it up for the golfers! I think she said golfers…it might have been gofers. I need to speak to her about this. If you are a member at Hartley Wintney Golf Club though you need to sample her Rock Cakes…Bloody marvelous. Serves 4 or just 2 very hungry people. Takes about one and a half hours. 500g lean minced beef.
