Free Learning: Our Child's Education | (example: Themes Hive)
http://www.loveartbaby.com/2013/08/free-learning-our-childs-education.html
Free Learning: Our Child's Education. Posted on by Hayley from Love Art Baby. Sean and I have both had the desire to homechool our son, but until recently we weren't sure what that would look like. I knew we had years to figure out logistics, but after Jehryn's first birthday, I began to feel a gnawing in my stomach whenever I thought about cirriculum and lesson plans. This summer, I started researching the unschooling movement. I read The Unschooling Handbook. By John Holt, and Unconditional Parenting.

I figured the last day before Thanksgiving Break would be the perfect time! Messy and Perfect Saturdays and Teacakes. Saturday, August 20, 2016. If yo...

Where the wild things never sleep

Continent, city, country, society: the choice is never wide and never free… but never should we have stayed at home, wherever that may be. The good, the bad and the ugly. Here’s the truth, there are some days I could burst into tears when the hostel receptionist tells me I have to sleep on the top bunk or when the bus driver decides to have an hour long lunch break, or when I get shit-sick whilst climbing down said top bunk [don’t judge, it happens]. You start to feel homesick and long for the the normal...
