Monthly Archives: January 2012. January 26, 2012 · 4:11 am. Local art can be the soul of a community, the beating heart of a place otherwise crowded in chain stores and urban sprawl. Art congregates the lone wolves, painters, performers, and their audiences. The sentiments they give, sometimes just moments, sometimes tangible on a shelf, fuel the creative spirit in all of us. Art, and most importantly local art, is relatable and real. Never lose heart. Never lose heart. Never lose heart.

«A place for my head»
171;A place for my head.

April 25, 2012 · 7:11 pm. The Universal Mr. Williams. Let’s just use this brief poem/as an excuse to stand together/upon a winter cliff/in utter silence/naked/blue-fleshed/accepting that we are not made for every climate. As a man, John Sibley Williams is tall in every sense of the word. As a poet he is specific; his work embodies the wayfaring human experience with admirable honesty. Williams writes with both an exceptional sense of self and style, distinctly allowing the audience to explore his words.

Blogging tends to cubbyhole the blogger. So where do you put musings that aren't appropriate for a well-established blog? Do you ignore the random thoughts that crop up or find another way, another place? A place where things fit . Thursday, August 7, 2014. Pavement Alters You Mind. Appalachian Trail - Home
Appalachian National Scenic Trail. The Appalachian Trail is famous for its many hikers, some of whom, called thru-hikers, attempt to hike it in its entirety in a single season. Many books, memoirs, web sites and fan organizations are dedicated to this pursuit. An unofficial extension known as the International Appalachian Trail continues north into Canada and to the end of the range, where it enters the Atlantic Ocean. The Ripped Soul
Monday, February 6. So many things were so wrong about the Batam trip. Maybe I’ll make a list. I was still pissed off about the night before when we watched Underworld. Lack of sleep the night before. She realized the wrong route the taxi driver was taking. 8220;Why isn’t Kiji here? 8221; and the answer to that question. Him: “why isn’t Kiji here? Why can’t he come? Her: “because he’s already been to batam. Plus if he comes along then where is Jess going to sleep? Yeah, I totally felt like a problem.
