It is full of butter and cream. 3/4 whole black urad dal, soaked over night. 1/4 cup red kidney beans, soaked over night. 1 onion, finely diced. 2 cups tomato puree. 1 tsp cumin seeds. 2 tbsp oil for cooking. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. 1/2 tsp red chili powder.
