This was Lillie's first season swimming and she surprised us with her abilities. She swam in the 8 and up group and took third! Hanging out before the big race. Presenting the Dittmar Dolphins.And looking so excited! This is the second driver in the works and I've decided. That teaching a child to drive is truly the scariest thing I've ever.

Miss smarty pants graduated from National "junior" Honor Society and was inducted into National Honor Society. Patten had 8th grade graduation, but not before he played his last orchestra concert, was awarded for playing all 5 sports offered at Bailey, and was given the gentle giant award from the teachers. Macy decided to stick with engineering classes as long as she gets to wear the goggles.

Sunday, August 15, 2010. The City of Fountains. There are 150 sculpted fountains in Rome! Me see half of them in one day! This is Piazza Barberini. The sculptor Bernini created this Triton Fountain in the 1600s. These drinking fountains are also found all over the city. I learned how to "properly" drink from one. Wendi and Rachel came for the general Young Women's meeting this past month. it was SO fun and we ended up sitting 20 rows back and close enough to see the people talking without the big tv's! Gracie was in her first Ballet, Alice in Wonderland in March. It was tu-tu cute. Hannah, Joey and David were in The Little Mermaid at school and I was a director! The Tin Man (Joey).
