Kahn's Korner: Quick Thoughts 6/21
http://kahnskorner.blogspot.com/2007/06/quick-thoughts-621.html
Thursday, June 21, 2007. Hopefully I still have a few readers left after my blogging hiatus. I realized the other day that being a Cubs fan is like being married to an abusive spouse. You love them, and firmly believe that they will change, so you endure the pain they inflict on you. But when it's all said and done, they just make your life miserable. Don't go picking a bouquet of wild parsnip. Take a live look. At what's going on at Rochesterfest. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Kahn's Korner: Theme Music
http://kahnskorner.blogspot.com/2007/06/theme-music.html
Friday, June 15, 2007. Blog inspiration struck me yesterday while attending a Rochester Honkers. Baseball game. It seems that these days, all baseball players have a song that is played when they come up to bat, or in some cases, closing pitchers have a theme song too. So that got me thinking, what would I use for my theme song when I come up to bat? I have narrowed it down to intros of the following three songs:. Stand up and Shout. By Steel Dragon (Theme to the movie Rock Star. 2) Open Arms - Journey.

Kahn's Korner: July 2006
http://kahnskorner.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 26, 2006. Morgan Spurlock’s TV series, 30 Days. Starts up again tonight on FX. This season he tackles the issues of immigration, outsourcing, and abortion, among others. For the season finale, Morgan himself spends thirty days in jail. It should be interesting. Training camp for the Bears opens up tomorrow. Finally I’ll have something to blog about! Yesterday I was reading a blog that mentioned The Great Space Coaster. Who looks a lot like Adam Carolla. I recently watched both Saw. On the...

Kahn's Korner: February 2007
http://kahnskorner.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 12, 2007. I just downloaded the new BlogJet. 20 software. Ever since I switched over to the Blogger Beta in October, my old BlogJet. Software stopped working. I’m not a big fan of the default way of posting via the Blogger website, which is one of many reasons I haven’t posted much lately. So maybe this will jump-start my blogging again. Kahn's Korner: December 2006
http://kahnskorner.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 13, 2006. A Growing Problem (not a going problem). Put simply, the problem is that turn signals are not working in these vehicles. Every single day I seem to be behind a vehicle that is affected by this problem. Perhaps it is electrical in nature. Has the government been conducting tests with EMPs (electro-magnetic pulses)? Or have solar storms been on the rise? Sunday, December 03, 2006. Hey the Bears won the NFC North today. Congratulations to "the pride an joy of Illinois.". Was ov...

Tuesday, October 31, 2006. I’ve moved my blog. Please update your links to www.kahnskorner.blogspot.com. Don’t eat too much candy tonight. We have no idea what we should name the baby, but Payton suggested “Fendooda.” Where he came up with that, I will never know. Boy, that Nintendo Wii. Sure looks pretty cool. I hear the AARP is endorsing it too. Thursday, October 26, 2006. When all else fails.Post Pictures! Payton likes playing his “guitar.”. Monday, October 16, 2006. Is it 2001 again? I think it’...

Kahn's Korner: November 2006
http://kahnskorner.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 22, 2006. You can be a recording star! You know I love karaoke, but never get a chance to do it any more. Well, I just came across this site, Singshot.com. That lets you make your own karaoke recordings and post them to the site. Spend a few minutes there and you might get addicted to it. There are some really, really bad renditions out there, but they are highly entertaining. I'll let you know if I start posting any. I can see Bigshow. Posting a few songs. Sunday, November 19, 2006.

Kahn's Korner: August 2006
http://kahnskorner.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 31, 2006. Hey Dad, you can probably vote for this guy. If you want. I think he’s in your district. Free and legal music downloads. Yeah, it sounds pretty good until you start reading all the catches. You have to log into their website at least once a month, deal with the lousy WMA protected format, and you can’t burn the songs to a CD. I don’t see this idea taking off. Thank you Peter King. Of course he also said that the Packers could go 9–7 as a best case scenario. Last week, rookie QB...
