Thursday, July 30, 2015. We made plans with our neighbors to have brunch last Sunday to celebrate our summer birthdays and anniversaries. We went to the Boathouse on the James River and had a great time. Jason and Chris had birthdays in June and mine was Tuesday. We actually have the same anniversary as Chris and Dabney. Thursday, July 30, 2015. I uploaded these pictures last week and never posted them! A family down the street hosted a backyard VBS at their house last week and the kids really enjoyed attending each night. One night after VBS, all the neighbors got together and hung out for a bit while the kids played. We have such a fun neighborhood! We made a new friend that week! Nicole went to high school with me and turns out she lives right down the street from us. Bryce loves playing with the bigger boys.

Thursday, February 26, 2015. School was closed due to snow on the original night reptile night was scheduled. Jason and Bryce were pretty pumped when it was rescheduled for Bryce's birthday. What could be a better way to spend your birthday? With your classmates none the less! Here are three of his classmate and there were two others that I wasn't able to get in the picture. However, nursing school (and common sense) didn't allow me to spend $80 on this.so, creativity struck and I decided that I could probably do it myself, and this is what I came up with. Not bad if I do say so myself :) I spent $25 to make this.much better than $80, plus I get the satisfaction of knowing I made it myself! So ready to decorate for Christmas :). Friday, May 31, 2013. 3 year old preschool. Done! I'm still not sure I can believe how fast the last 6 months went! Burke started preschool in January and loved every minute of it! I was late to jump on board bc I do believe he was socially and academically fine, but I decided in November he was in trouble too much at KidZone because he was bored and it was time! And I'm so glad we did it! He ended up in a class with his best bud, two great teachers and lots of fun things to do! BUMP is a great place!
