If you fall will you get up /. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. Vegan (ish) - an update. Today is the last day of my (half- assed. Though I did not cheat I don’t think a vegan diet is something I could maintain full-time. I like food too much. A pescetarian. Diet works well for me and I think allows me to eat a pretty healthy balance of vegetarian meals, with seafood on occasion. And also never feel like I’m missing out on anything I want to eat or limiting where I am able to eat. 8217;t do it for me.

Saturday, May 21, 2011. A few days ago I did 3.2 miles in 37 minutes! That's pretty good considering I walked a lot of it (I think.). 30 minutes for a 5K is pretty good, so doing it in 37 and walking seems like I'm off to a good start. Today I did 3.4 miles in 42 minutes. A lot of walking. Now I'm tired. But next week looks even scarier:. Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes). Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds). Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes). Thursday, June 09, 2011. Stay young, go dancing. I have this bad habit of keeping my exercise tracker on after I finish and get in my car. It really makes me look much faster than I actually am. This is week 6 of the 9 week 5k training plan. I have one more run this week to do and it's 2 1/4 miles! On another note, I'm so excited to go camping on the 4th of July!
