It's simple, easy to make, and extremely nourishing. This recipe should serve 4-6 people, unless you are in love with guacamole like I am and then you better double the recipe. 3 large ripe avocados. 1 diced fresh tomato. 1 large clove garlic, minced. Juice of 1/2 a lemon or lime. A handful of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped.
