I don't know if I would have chosen these board books to review, but since I've had to read them at least twice a day for the past week, I might as well; if nothing else, I can certainly vouch for their appeal to preschool boys.

My husband is currently reading Charlotte's Web. To our four-year-old- the boy who said of Come Back, Amelia Bedelia. This book is scary because it's about creampuffs." The end- of Charlotte- is nigh, and I hope he can deal. Next to be read, my choice, is The Animal Family. There's nothing scary in that that I'm forgetting, is there?
