And sit a while. Sunday, March 21, 2010. MmmmmI have found a new tea. New for me anyway.I think it is ancient for the Japanese. Genmaicha is what its called.its a blend of green tea and roasted brown rice. I love it and its good for you. I have been enjoying large cups of it ever since.I am only sad my husband doesn't enjoy the lovely aroma of this new favourite of mine. He thinks it smells like a pig sty. oink! And sit a while. Thursday, December 10, 2009. This morning I woke up and it was still dark.I rolled over thinking .its way too early and dark to get up .why am I awake. So I lay there but I was wide awake.so I threw my legs over the side of the bed and followed the smell of freshly brewed coffee downstairs. Klaas was already up and had just finished making a full pot. Mmmmmm.I knew I was getting up for some reason. coffee is good. Its snowing like mad.maybe we won't be going. Sweet song of peace.

I love my life. Tell me I’m not the only one. Testing. Iphone →. 8 March, 2008. Tomorrow, after church we are having a pot-luck lunch, so I thought I’d try out a new recipe. This one is a great quinoa and bean salad. It’s light and it’s beany (mmmm! I love beans) and oh-so-proteinous (that’s my own word meaning “full of protein”). The texture is unique (it gives a wee little crunch when bitten). So it’s fun. Anyway… I took this recipe out of Weekend Cooking by Ricardo. Bought me for Christmas. 8221;&#823...

UNTIL….it was announced that the plastics used to make these cups and so many other cups, baby bottles, etc. are the worst kind of plastic for leaching the chemical BPA, (a synthetic sex hormone that mimics estrogen) which can cause fertility problems, cancer, etc. If you want to read about it, this is a good article.
