Tuesday, July 27, 2010. We had our Dr appointment today. Our ultrasound! Right now, Owen is weighing 6.4lbs. That explains a lot! I have for sure been feeling big! His head is down, and his belly is up toward my belly. If he stays is this position (which he has plenty of time to change) I will experience 100% of back labor. Sunday, October 31, 2010. Happy Halloween / 6-7week pictures. When I was pregnant, I bought Owen a costume at the Carter's outlet. So glad I did! I remember buying a 3 month size, and my mom saying, "he'll be swimming in it! Well, Halloween came about, I thought, "Gee, I hope he'll fit in it! Owen's costume fit perfectly (a week before Halloween)! We went to the firehouse's (the one that my dad is a member of) Halloween party. What a great way to show off his costume! We had so much fun! We had a blast!

First, the ultrasound.my PA (well, Certified Nurse Midwife.she won't be delivering) has been monitoring me very thoroughly. I really feel like she is not missing a beat.literally. Tuesday, February 12, 2013. Saturday, January 26th was the long awaited Pinewood Derby. This was Tyler's 2nd Derby, but first time attending at a local mall. Dan coordinated the event for our pack and I assisted with recruiting volunteers to work the event as well as leading them during the actual event. Suffice it to say, it was a very busy day. Isn't this track slick? So much better than last year! Here is Tyler's car getting ready for a run down the track. He's already looking forward to the next Derby.

Sunday, November 10, 2013. How many times do you have cake when you turn five? Five, of course! 1 First, we spent some time with Aunt Donna on birthday eve! Checked out the colored flames on the candles! This boy thoroughly enjoyed his birthday celebrations. He tells me he grew an inch the night between four and five. Of all the candle blowing opportunities, I think this is the only one I caught on camera. It makes me a little sad that he doesn't need help anymore. I love this picture. Such excitement.

Tuesday, February 18, 2014. Despite this crazy winter, we just don't have enough snow at home so we hit the road for Grandma and Grandpa W's. we had heard that they were buried. And, we weren't disappointed! Did you see the boys in that picture? I'm betting it is June before all this is melted! Check out the snow on the roof across the street. The boys dug right in. Wednesday, June 19, 2013. Today was a big day! It was Tyler's last day of second grade and Ryan's first pre-school graduation! First" because we've decided not to send him to kindergarten this fall due to his late birthday. So, we'll be doing this again in a year for real. Here is our big boy before the ceremony. He has been practicing his songs at home for weeks and was very excited. Once he got on stage he was a bit stoned faced. Graduating is serious business. He did participate fully in the songs.
