Sunday, February 12, 2012. 以前练跑很简单,只需要手表和日记簿就够了,简单地把跑程和时间写在日历就够了.现在的科技发达,只要拥有智能电话,再DOWNLOAD练跑的APPS就可以随心所欲地把练跑记录在电话里,这里也可以很准确地告诉你用了多少时间多快速度,而且最好的地方就是可以把所跑的地点也记录起来,只要在天气良好的情况下,通常都不会有什么大问题.如果接近下雨或乌云密布,那就失灵咯. 这是在家乡LABUAN练跑的地方,我把车子放在海洋博物馆(青色代表起跑点),就往兵营跑去(这里是转折点),一路上会经过LABUAN美丽的海边,有些小斜坡,TIARA HOTEL, 澳洲战争纪念碑,也会经过坟场,一直跑到兵营就转回头,一直跑到红点的地方,就刚好5公里了短短的5公里就可以欣赏那么多的景色,所以回到家乡我总爱用跑来欣赏家乡的风景. 这地点也和上面差不多一样,只是这次因为太热,跑到5.5KM就停了,热到让我寸步难行! 看看红点和青点的距离,我就这样走路回去咯走1.5KM而已啦,当休息咯. 如果喜欢跑公路的跑友就比较适合啦因为你可以看见自己"征服"自己所定的路线,蛮有成就感的,也算是刺激自...
