Reflections : Today's training was tough. but, i know i pushed. 1st and 2nd set were fine , but my 3rd set was the worst. it was very bad, my pace was broken. when i came back, i told myself to buck up. and i managed a beter timing for the 4th set. last set was fine, but i felt i could've pushed harder. I was like, oh. when i heard the staircase running, cause i hate it, and even though my legs went really sore, i told myself only need to climb 3 floors of stairs, like, more, literally 4 sets, then i can run on flat ground . Race:cross country route 3.7km(15.o2min). I didnt do a pb. And i got 2nd. I was keeping up with her until the 2 stones. I felt very numb and my stomach felt soo uncomfortable then. What made me even more miserable was that HER timing wasnt even my pb. I think that disrupted my rhythm. As in the crazy mental.
