Monday, November 30, 2009. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with lots of food, family, and friends. We were fortunate enough this year to be able to travel to Mississippi for the holiday and visit with our families. The boys loved playing with all of their cousins while the adults enjoyed good food, conversation, and shopping. Thursday, December 24, 2009. Yesterday the boys and I spent the afternoon at the park enjoying the beautiful 78 degree weather. Today, we are standing in the kitchen watching it snow. Life with Mike, Heather, Mairead and Emily. Saturday, January 9, 2010. Currently they are in there giggling away and seem to forget that we can actually hear them. I guess we'll have to build in some earlier bedtimes for school days to account for some of the extra time to go to bed. So far (and granted it has only been 10 minutes! So in the second trip in to calm them and gently remind them it is bedtime, Emily asked for her typical water and then told us we forgot to put on a diaper! Two Four = Six.

Life with Mike, Heather, Mairead and Emily. Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Mairead has now gone skiing 3 times this season. Mike, Pamela and Mairead went in Feb for the first time and all had a great time. Mairead has gone two other times and enjoys it. She apparently didn't do as well this past Saturday. Mike thinks she was just very distracted since it was so crowded. He rounded out December last year with a second surgery for a bowel obstruction. All stemming back to the infamous rock eating incident of July '06.
