An espresso lover's blog. Wednesday, March 24, 2004. I've just had a super evening roasting coffee with my friend Anders Gulden Olstad. After visiting a really nice italian restaurant (and skipping their espresso.hehe), we went to my house and fired up the poppers. The capacity is larger too. Anders roasted some costa rican with it and got 130 grams of roasted beans with a normal load. That is close to 150g capacity! Setting up the poppers and other stuff. Anders is happy with the result. Kok inn rødvinseddiken til det halve med hakket hvitløk og sjarlottenløk, hell i hele rødvinen bortsett fra et glass til kokken. Kok igjen til det halve sammen med pepper og kalvefond. Reduser til en halv liter under hyppig avfetning. Sil sausen gjennom en finmasket sil. Før servering; kok opp og pisk sammen med de kalde smørkulene. Legg inn en kommentar. Langtidskokt lammeskank med bløt polenta. Et par kvister rosmarin. 1 helt hode hvitløk. Skallet av ½ sitron. 189; flaske hvitvin. 1 løk, finhakket. 100 g revet parmesan. Skankene krydres og brunes i en panne. Grønnsakene kuttes i biter og legges oppi en gryte sammen med skank, vin og urter. Dekk med vann og la småputre i 3 timer, til kjøttet kan dras fra beinet.
