Sloppy Writer: Climbing back into the saddle...
http://sloppywriter.blogspot.com/2007/06/climbing-back-into-saddle.html
An amature's journal of writing a novel. What's in a name? Wednesday, June 27, 2007. Climbing back into the saddle. The above photo (minus the wry smile) pretty much describes my current state of existence over the past three weeks. In short: I'm exhausted, unkempt, and I have a big honkin' zit on my forehead. These three weeks have been some of the craziest of my life and (if anyone has been checking) my blog, not to mention my writing, has suffered. So where was I? That makes me happy.

Sloppy Writer: On weaponry
http://sloppywriter.blogspot.com/2007/07/on-weaponry.html
An amature's journal of writing a novel. What's in a name? Tuesday, July 03, 2007. So far I've been avoiding the use of modern weaponry in my story. I don't have any good reason except I just can't picture my characters lugging around machine guns like Rambo. But the setting is Post-Apocalyptic so semi-automatics, grenades, and whatnot could feasibly be in the picture. I'm thinking that my characters might discover a weapon stash, something like the scene in Terminator 2. Gag* I'm such a geek.

http://sloppywriter.blogspot.com/2006/10/happy-end.html
An amature's journal of writing a novel. What's in a name? Monday, October 16, 2006. Happy, the end. The book is called Happy, the end. Don't form to much of an opinion about it because it'll probably change. Here's a list of rejected titles:. Cool name, huh? Well I didn't make it up. That would be W.B. Yeats. It doesn't really relate to my plot so tried about fifty more-relevant variations of "Sloutching towards." before I scraped the title. Jack, Fin and Hattie. So right now I'm on Happy, the end.

An amature's journal of writing a novel. What's in a name? Monday, April 30, 2007. Being self-employed is great. Except some days are a little crazy. For example, on Saturday I started working on a job that I only had budgeted one day to complete. I started work at 6:00 AM. I finished at 1:00 AM Sunday morning. And people wonder why I'm such a coffee addict. I'm not complaining. I'm just offering an excuse why I haven't updated my blog much this week. Tuesday, April 24, 2007. I've been thinking lately,.
