Day Three →. November 1, 2013 · 11:38 am. I was inspired by a fellow NaNoWriMo’er to make cover art for the novel I’m writing during this year’s National Novel Writing Month. I photo-shopped a picture I took while in Rockport, MA a few years ago. The ocean scene transformed into a all blue storm represents well the setting of my fantasy world. About | writingonceupon

https://writingonceupon.wordpress.com/about

I’m a writer. I guess I can say that as I’ve had short stories, articles and poems published so the greater world out there could allow me that designation. Next I hope will be publishing a novel- a series of novels. I loved hearing about David Copperfield’s answer to how he became a master illusionist. He said he had passion, preparation, and perseverance. So here is my immersion into writing with passion, my never ending editing and everyday perseverance. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

National Novel Writing Month 2013 →. October 5, 2013 · 2:24 pm. Over the summer I read three books on editing. I planned on coming up with an editing master plan so I could finally say that the first manuscript of my science fiction series had a final edit. Final Edit. It all sounds so — final. How could I say that any piece of writing was perfect? Tagged as editing writing first draft. National Novel Writing Month 2013 →. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. The Twelve Minute Mile. Taking My Time to Go The Distance. Empire State Marathon – One Year Later. October 20, 2013. Today is the third annual running of the Empire State Marathon. Back before I had my son, when I was still pregnant, I was sure that I would be involved with it some way. Maybe running the half (definitely not the full). And if not that, then doing the relay. Surely by four and half months after childbirth, I’d be up for running a measly 6 miles? View all posts by midnightc3 →. You are com...

Summer at Hideaway Key by Barbara Davis. 13 August, 2015 6:00 AM. Managed WordPress Migration User. Breaking my I-don’t-post-reviews-here rule once again. The host is lying face down in the soup. I go to a wedding? But surely it’s very exciting? That’s the worst thing, it’s got so predictable now! A bold claim, the Colonel snorted. I raced...
