Richard Holt is an economist whose published works include a book on America’s role in the world economy and one on post-war British Chancellors of the Exchequer, but whose main focus is now on understanding the history and future trajectories of great cities. Richard is Head of Global Cities Research at Oxford Economics, based in London. He has previously lived in New York and Birmingham (UK).
