Monday, July 25, 2005. Improved Eyelets and Large Size Changes. I made a ragland version of Tempting. For my DD. While making it, I was also making eyelet-ribbing socks, and the perfect eyelet pattern for Tempting dawned on me. K2, YO, P2-tog, K2, P2-tog, YO* Repeat. If you make the large size, your eyelet pattern will be offset by 4 sts. For some reason, all the other sizes have a multiple of 8 sts, except the large. I'd rewrite the large size as follows:. Thursday, June 23, 2005. I love the way this sweater looks and fits, and how easy it was to knit. I like easy projects I can knit while engaging in another activity like conversation or watching TV. I made the large size, but stopped short of all the length schematics. I just kept trying it on as I knit - the body to 14" and the sleeves to 3.5" and then 4" after the join before starting the eyelet row. About halfway through the body, I discovered via Knitty. Friday, September 26, 2008. I would have posted this much sooner had a I not forgotten my password. SOOO, my boys just finished 3 weeks of hockey school. To say it wasn't exhausting (for ME) would be a lie! Especially when my oldest son kept pretending to fall asleep and when he'd "wake up" he kept saying that he wished his dad was home cuz "he knows what he's doing". OMG, are you kidding me?
