YARN-OVER CREATIONS

Wednesday, May 7, 2014. It's been quite a while since I blogged anything on here. Been pretty busy. So, I thought, I have so much yarn that I will probably never use, so I started making "Scrappy Afghans" for my friends who commented. They were so well received that everyone in the family wanted one so I wound up making 10 of them. I feel that I need to make enough for all of Danny's sisters too. So I will have to make a couple more. Here are some of them:. Monday, July 2, 2012. Projects for the Festivals.

Yarnover Enid - Home

The Prairie YarnStormers are the artists for Yarnover Enid. Their mission is to create public art from yarn and to delight the community. We chose to be YarnStormers instead of YarnBombers. Even though Oklahoma did have a terrible bombing event on April 19, 1995, she is far more noted for storms. And even though some of those are also terrible, the storms created by this group will be whirlwinds of color, not devastation! The results are the same regardless of what it is called! Check out A Yarnstorm.

EK Tools chalk kit – Product Review. September 3, 2016. I was sent an EK Tools chalk set to review. I was really pleased as it is not my usual craft and I love trying new things! You can find this kit here. At first I was a bit apprehensive as there weren’t any instructions but I did a quick Google search and found my way with it. It was fine though as it didn’t affect their use at all! I will be using this again and its great that it is something I can share with my boys as we love doing crafts together.

November 29, 2009….Back to Knitting. Almost a year since I posted. Embarrasing to say the least. I did have to take most of the year off from knitting and crochet due to a pesky injury in my right wrist. All is healed and I am back at it. One of my favorite holiday projects are the knitted bracelets. I purchased a few kits from www.earthfaire.com. Hopefully the next post will be less than a year away! November 29th, 2009. December 26, 2008….Holiday Knitting DONE. I’m certain none of us are mourning...
