Dasha feeds herself pretty well now, and Sasha is learning how to love her little sister. It is very cute. She tells me when Dasha is getting into trouble, which is often it seems. Hope you all have a safe and thoughtful Thanksgiving, and remember to be thankful for all the things God has given all of us. 07/25/2...

Our Russian Love: July 2010
http://bringinghomeourrussianlove.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Bringing Our Daughter Home. Tuesday, July 6, 2010. The day we met our daughter! One year ago yesterday, we stood in a Russian orphanage and met our daughter. We were exhausted, nervous, anxious, and just plain out of sorts, but when they brought her trough the door none of that mattered. The baby home director said, ". Russian, Russian, Russian,. Mama y Papa,. Russian, Russian, Russian". One look into those inquisitive eyes and I knew she was the child God had prepared for us! God will bless you for it!

Steps of Faith: March 2013
http://peteandme.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
But as for me and my household, we will serve The Lord." Joshua 24:15. Monday, March 11, 2013. Both girls are doing well in school, and are fun to be around. Each night I go in and kiss them good night, and say a short prayer over each one, remembering how inadequate we are as parents, and how much we need God to give us wisdom and grace as we raise our girls. We can leave them with a lasting faith in Jesus Christ! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). In the Holiday spirit. Fun at Grandma and Grandpa's. 12/5/2008...

Steps of Faith: December 2009
http://peteandme.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
But as for me and my household, we will serve The Lord." Joshua 24:15. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. We went to our friends house for dinner on Christmas and were spoiled with a wonderful dinner and some little gifts for the girls. Very thoughtful. The girls each had ear infections leading up to Christmas, and ME and I have some sort of sinus stuff now. It seems like someone has been sick since March. Hopefully this is just a phase, and we will all outgrow these little viruses in time. In the Holiday spirit.
