Tracy, Scotty and Shelby. Wednesday, December 10, 2008. 10 months and going strong! Shelby is 10 months today and I can hardly believe it. Time flies when you are having fun. The last couple weeks have been busy. For Thanksgiving, we went to Scotty's. Brother's house. It was nice to spend the day with family and not have to work. Tracy, Scotty and Shelby. Wednesday, September 10, 2008. Well, I haven't blogged for a while because it's been crazy busy and I'm a slacker. I guess that's what it was turning 30 does to you. Scotty still has another year before he's over the hill. Here is a picture of Milo trying to get Shelby to scratch his ears. I think he just saw a pair of dangling feet and thought they might be up for scratching. I guess maybe the two of them might be friends afterall. More pics and stories to come soon!

Tracy, Scotty and Shelby. Thursday, August 6, 2009. Our world as we know it revolves around Shelby, of course that's how it should be. She has become quite independent these days. These are some pics of her aftering feeding herself her favorite- spaghetti! She enjoyed the activity as much as the meal! And had a good time in the bath afterward too! Tracy, Scotty and Shelby. Wednesday, October 21, 2009. We went to the pumpkin patch with the Talley's yesterday. We put Shelby in her ladybug costume and took her for a ride in her wagon. She had fun playing with the pumpkins. She played with Sean, drove a tractor, and saw a few animals (a pig, a horse, and some chickens and a duck.). I think this might become a yearly tradition. Tracy, Scotty and Shelby. Thursday, April 16, 2009. Easter 2009 and Goofing around. I had to work on Sun., so I dropped Shelby off at John and Sharon's on my way. Scotty met up with the 3 of them for. Church. They did stop by and see me at work on their way to Scotty's aunt and uncles house. So I did get to see her all dressed up. Tracy, Scotty and Shelby. Monday, February 16, 2009. In addition to having her birthday party, Shelby also had a big day on her actual birthday. We went out to breakfast and then went over to Susan's. We took the kids for a ride in Shelby's wagon. She had fun. These 1 year olds are growing too fast! Look at the difference a year can make! Tracy, Scotty and Shelby. Tuesday, May 5, 2009. I was supposed to work on Sat., as usual, but they called to s. Ee if I wanted to stay home because we were over staffed. Silly question! The answer was yes of course. Scotty, Shelby, and I spent the day running around, playing, just spending time together. That evening, we invited friends over for a BBQ. Yet Another Children's Book Blog. A smattering of children's books, new and old. Thursday, October 9, 2014. It was a picture of a confused looking Tyrannosaurus Rex staring at the tea in his hat that sold me on this book. It was such a perfect image: the soft colors, the concerned look on his face, his tail holding the teapot and spilling it on the floor. It was absurd and gentile and wonderful. Yet Another Coffee To Go. Life in North Wales and enjoying not working. Monday, 17 August 2015. We went for a drive to Betws-y-Coed. And it is sixty three miles to Betws which makes me feel exhausted on their behalf simply knowing they had to cycle that same distance back again :-). Nobody batted an eyelid when Annie sat on the seat next to Martyn while he ate his lunch. I was also surprised that Annie was unfazed by the pub's cat which was sat on the bench directly behind me.
