Despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control). Sunday, 2 August 2015. Raiding the home baking aisle. As its the school holidays and we havent got Tumble Tots. Or pre school I have had to think of things that we can do. As Evie loves watching I Can Cook. And is always pretending to make cakes ;o) I though that we could actually make some cakes. Will do ;o).

Thursday, 26 February 2015. Yesterday was Evies first session back at pre-school following the half term and our potty training. Typically I saw the supervisor on her way to a committee meeting so I briefly explained to her what has been happening and also told the lady who was there signing the children in.
