The Mosscrop Family: Ryan's First Day of Second Grade
http://mosscrop.blogspot.com/2010/09/ryans-first-day-of-second-grade.html
Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Ryan's First Day of Second Grade. So Ryan headed off to Second Grad this morning; and this year I was there to see it in person, so no do-over first days of school this year! Second Grade brings lots of new things for Ryan. New First Grade classmates but not a new teacher. Adjusting to life with an Epi-Pen. A new hockey season. A brother who is one year closer to being at the same school. Hopefully getting to ride the bus to school EVERY day. More visits from the Tooth Fairy.

The Mosscrop Family: Another tooth lost
http://mosscrop.blogspot.com/2009/12/another-tooth-lost.html
Tuesday, December 22, 2009. On December 8th, Ryan lost his other loose tooth! He now can officially tell Santa that, "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth! This time the tooth fairy brought $2 in an effort to make up for the deficit and inability to purchase a package of chewing gum from loosing the first tooth; and to cover because Ryan woke up to not being able to find his $ and his tooth still in the treasue chest (his tooth fairy pillow is a pirate holding a treasure chest).

http://mosscrop.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Well, I am a few days behind on actually getting these posted. We all had a wonderful holiday, and are off to a busy start in 2009. Before bed Christmas Eve. Christmas morning.Santa left Ryan a Pirate Tooth Fairy Pillow (he can't wait to loose his first tooth, especially because it also means that he will be allowed to have bubble gum). So now he is ready when that first tooth falls out. Enjoy your New Year! Monday, December 15, 2008.

The Mosscrop Family: March 2009
http://mosscrop.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 30, 2009. Lately, I've been making myself feel guilty that I have not updated our Blog in months. Even though I know that I shouldn't feel guilty.as my mother says, it is all of that Catholic guilt. Ryan is currently looking forward to Soccer which I am sure starts soon, but have no idea of exactly when - due to the lack of communication from the Soccer organization! Eric and I have started our training for the Groton. Ryan and Evan can't wait - they are running in the Tot Trot! Hard to bel...

The Mosscrop Family: October 2009
http://mosscrop.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 16, 2009. Wish I had taken a photo of the lovely snow, but it is October for goodness sake it is not time for snow in Massachusetts! If I lived somewhere like Colorado, I suppose I might be used to getting snow in October.I'm glad I live here, because I don't want snow in October. It can wait until the end of November before it snows again. I am in no rush for snow days (especially ones that actually require I stay at home with one of my kids because school is closed).

Wednesday, August 31, 2011. First Day of School. Today is the First Day of School! Ryan is starting Third Grade, and Evan is starting First Grade. Both of them were excited about the first day, or at least excited enough to be awake and almost ready for school before I left for work this morning. I'm sure that won't last too long! Thankfully, Eric remembered to take some pictures this year. Can't wait to hear all about the first day of school! And about Evan's first day at his new school!

Thursday, March 18, 2010. The Island of West Groton? Welcome to the Island of West Groton! Ryan, Cuinn (our nephew) and Evan are in the middle of our street; which as of Tuesday was very much under water. For those of you who know West Groton, the bit of white at the far end of the photo is the intersection of Route 225 and Hill Road. Hopefully, by Monday everything will be back to normal! The Mosscrop Family: First Day of Kindergarten
http://mosscrop.blogspot.com/2010/09/first-day-of-kindergarten.html
Tuesday, September 7, 2010. First Day of Kindergarten. Well, it is official, I now have a Second Grader and a Kindergartener! When I woke Evan up this morning he looked at me and said I'm not going; but by the time he was dressed, I think he was ready. He is one lucky Kindergartener! How many of them can say that they basically know every kid in the class plus the teachers on day 1? Then he came over and gave me a great big hug and rubbed my back to make me all better! First Day of Kindergarten.
