Janet began her journey as an Assistant Dietician at Nyack Hospital, Nyack, NY, which inspired her to pursue an entrepreneur business in the health and fitness industry. She is a certified member of the American Council on Exercise since 1988; and is passionate about teaching and inspiring participants to develop a health and fitness practice.

Need a little one-on-one attention, someone to keep you on track or a challenging routine to keep your workouts fresh? In home one-on-one training involves the creation and implementation of an individualized fitness program designed to help achieve personal objectives . Small Group Classes are affordable with hands-on and specific to the group. My direction as a yoga teacher has changed; and my desire is to move into a more personalized approach.
