Learning to trust you body and the cues it sends are very important skills. Here are a few of the ‘types’ of broken people we worked on recognizing:. The Ick Person- a feeling of an overwhelming sense of wrongness when you are in the presence of that person. It goes away as soon as the person does.

Becoming Sophia: April 2010
http://becoming-sophia.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Do we have to have two natures at war? 160;Wednesday, April 28, 2010. Duality of Humans……. God made me mind, body and soul to work together to find and glorify him. God is about unity, not fighting, so why would he create something that needed to fight its very core to connect to him. Resist the ‘world’, yes; resist ‘evil dark forces’, yes; resist ‘the easy way out’ yes! But not fight, fighting is the antithesis of God, especially God in Christ. 160;Tuesday, April 27, 2010. The Power of Shame (guest blogger Amy Frantz). 160;Tuesday, August 3, 2010. The following article was written by a friend of mine. She is a young woman who is in the process of figuring out who she is, right now. I want to thank her so much for being willing to share her processing with us. I think we can all see ourselves; the shame we carry and how it effects the way we love and accept ourselves. Rtwork down. I apologize for inconveniencing others with the things that I hold dear, I label my obsess...

Becoming Sophia: Receiving Wisdom through card readings....
http://becoming-sophia.blogspot.com/2010/07/receiving-wisdom-through-card-readings.html
Receiving Wisdom through card readings. 160;Tuesday, July 13, 2010. I have been doing a lot more card readings lately. Each time I do one, it surprises me how insightful and timely the messages are. I now have seven different decks (a mix of Angel, Tarot, and Oracle) to choose from and will often ask the same question with two totally different decks and get almost the exact same answer. It happens too often to be pure coincidence. Don longs to surrender to Divine Will, to be the 'leaf on a stream', but ...

Beans & Greens: March 2010
http://beans-and-greens.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, 27 March 2010. Roasting. fast, easy, good! Another tip for speed, low cost, and great taste is roasting veggies! Greens roast really well because it heightens their flavors without destroying their textures. I roasted the fresh asparagus and zucchini Kim brought home from the culled veggies. I have noticed that the culled veggies and fruits are sometimes a little too gone to taste great raw, but they are at the perfect stage for roasting and soup making. Wednesday, 24 March 2010. As it thawed I...
