Has anyone ever used kinesio tape? I was injured in a car accident (bruised bone in my left knee) and the physical therapist put this on the other day. It is amazing! I feel 99% better.I was on the road to recovery before this, he put it on when there was this sudden intense sharp pain out of the blue, but now with the tape I feel ready to do almost anything now. The One Hundred Push Up Program. Sep 4th, 2008 @ 02:11 pm. Smyrna, GA, USA. Stupid horse, let's go. So, today I did my Post Break Test. Jul 21st, 2008 @ 05:14 pm. I did my week 4 test for both push ups. Sets are wonderful, but surely doing that much at one time without a break is more work on your muscles, ya? Jun 30th, 2008 @ 08:38 pm. Choosing a Training Plan. First, a little background. I am a new athlete - started running in April of 2008. I am still slow, but have made great progress in 2 years - completed tons of 5Ks, a few 10Ks, 3 half marathons, and I'm currently training for my first marathon at the end of February. 1) Should I choose a balanced training plan of all 3 sports or give a bigger focus to one sport? Even that is not so clear cut though. Swimming is clearly my weakest sport, but I think I can make bigger gains by...
