Monday, April 21, 2014. Spring Jaunt to Utah. The kids had been begging to to go Utah for weeks, so they were also happy with these plans. It was a very busy, non-stop week leading up to it, which made me look forward to a week of fun even more. After a good night’s sleep, the fun began! The croissants from my class were great snacks for the road. These two took a great nap the first couple hours. This one stayed wide awake the whole time. Those Color Wonder books were a hit! They have all grown so much.

Wednesday, July 16, 2014. When my boss (have I mentioned a had a little job for a while? 160; told me she wanted me to teach a class called Dads and Doughnuts around Fathers Day, I knew I had to ask my dad to join me as my assistant. Friday, June 13, 2014. Now when will I ever go grocery shopping? And just like that, Preschool is over! For a festive (easy) lunch, we picked up a pizza on the way to school, and ate on the grass. The kids thought that was awesome. Reading the books the teachers put together as a gift to all the kids. They are obsessed with these! Seriously hours of entertainment at home. They teachers put so much work into them! So now, we enter the world of elementary school. Yikes! Do I really have kids that old?

Monday, June 15, 2015. Before we move onto summer…. There are just not enough hours in the day. Blogging is often the last thing on my mind, especially with the chaos that is the end if the school year/beginning of the summer. But in an effort to get SOMEthing posted, here’s a quick, mostly-pictures account of the past month or so. My sister Lili was visiting Utah from Maryland and happened to find a great flight deal to Denver, so she came to see us for a few days! The kids love an excuse to decorate.

Monday, October 27, 2014. Multiples with Multiples, and the big 3-0. The day I found out my twin sister Melody was having twins was one I’ll never forget. Saturday, March 21, 2015. 160; packed up a couple more things, and by around 1 am we were on our way to the hospital. It’s a quick 10 minute drive, and on the road is when I felt my first really painful contraction. It was probably around 2:30 at this point. Friday, July 31, 2015. We made it with a little daylight to enjoy the pool, always the first and most anticipated activity even though it’s just a little pool and it was raining a little. Hazel was relieved to be put down in the pack and play that we set up in the walk-in closet of our bedroom. My mom and dad were in need of a little getaway themselves, so they drove their T@B. Trailer and stayed in a campground just up the street! A couple arches was enough to wear them out! Pizza buffet hit the spot.
