5000 Miles From L.A.

5000 Miles From L.A. Things to do in Brisbane during a 12 hour layover. June 15, 2015. Australia is a place that I have been dreaming of visiting since I was a child. 5000 miles from Worcester - Creative outlet for my travel musings and showcasing my up-cycling projects

5000 miles from Worcester. October 23, 2014. Those that know me, know that for the last 2 years I’ve had a scrappy list stuck to the side of my fridge. Almost 5,000 Miles to Surrogacy

Almost 5,000 Miles to Surrogacy. Friday, February 21, 2014. I began pushing about 9:35. After pushing through a couple contractions the Dr told me that baby's heartrate kept decelerating from around 115 bpm to about 50 bpm with each contraction and recommended I breathe through the next contraction to give baby a rest. By the next contraction there was no telling me to rest, I HAD to push! I was in so much pain that I have mostly blocked that out of my memory already. Who wants to remember that pain?
