A Day in the Life of Abby
Friday, November 21, 2014. After a long hiatus from blogging, I'm back with my latest adventure. LONDON! I'll have to add my photos when I get back to the States, but until then, here's what we're up to! We wandered around the park for a while, stopped by the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain, and ended up at the impressive Albert Memorial. All of that walking and jet-lag left us exhausted, so we met back up with the W clan for yummy Indian take-out from Holy Cow (haha). We're on a double-decker bus!

I love being completely surrounded by mountains. I don't usually like going out and doing something until I am in the middle of it. A little hike with my family was no different so I was reluctant to go. However, it was a beautiful day and it was nice to get out as we watched the sun set all around us before heading home. My friend Amy ( amyrobison.com. Piano Guys Christmas concert. When I went and I look forward to going again. My sister seems to get a kick out of me pointing out my flaws like this.

This made me think of Roni Horn, and her series "Some Thames," repeating photographs of that river. Both are slippery, but sparkling.
