Thursday, February 19, 2009. Apparently when Owen woke up he was inspired to wear a leisure suit! He was a bit disappointed when we told him he needed to wear something a bit more "2 year old" to the children's museum. Owen LOVES cooking in the bakery. You can see that he's checking to make sure his yogurt isn't overdone. Owen is busy tasting all of his yummy creations while Mommy is looking to see who is knocking at the door. Could it be Daddy? Owen and Daddy crawling underneath the garden path.

Saturday, May 9, 2009. Owen is such a good big brother. It's a job he embraced the moment he laid eyes on Henry. He reads to him. Wipes his already clean mouth with a burp cloth. And pats his legs to make him giggle. Playing outsied is a big deal - especially for big brother. Thankfully Grandma made it possible for Henry to 'play' outside during the cold months too. He was completely tuckered out by the time he was put into his snowsuit. Owen, however, was ready and waiting before I could say, 'boo.'.

Monday, June 8, 2015. We celebrated our last full Nathan and Mom day before school is out for the summer. It was a beautiful day for swimming at the lake! We've had a great year together. Monday, June 29, 2015. We had a great weekend at Aunt Katy and Uncle Joe's house. First we had to cool off at the lake. We tie-dyed our shirts for the Bellingham Kids Traverse. We are the Incredible E's. I ran the 1 mile trail run Elsa biked the 1.5 mile mountain bike leg. We both did the 1/2 mile obstacle course and the 200 m. trek, and Nathan was our biggest fan. Here we are running down the home stretch! Cheering on other competitors. First place finishers in their division, and AWESOME overall!

Monday, October 20, 2014. Sunday, October 19, 2014. AWANA Bible Hero night. Sunday, October 12, 2014. Camping with the Ack Attack. This was possibly our last camping trip of the season. We chose one of the most beautiful locations in the state. Great company, too! We climbed this rock wall several times - even in the pouring rain! The sun came out for a nice hike up Goose Rock. Look who found us at the top! Some serious silliness going on here. Running away from the camera, but what a view!
