Saturday, May 30, 2009. We went to the doctor on Thursday and got the news Josh had been praying for! I am not mad or sad but every girl wants a little girl and every guy wants a little boy so I guess Josh won this time! So the actual ultrasound was quite comical. I had just gotten on the table, got the jelly on the belly, and she was trying to adjust the picture on the screen when this picture popped up=). It is a good thing we wanted to know because he was showing it off! These are both of his feet!

Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Speaking of the baby.I go to the doctor next Thursday, May 28 for my 5 month checkup and for an ultrasound. So we will finally know what the sex of the baby is. I am just hoping for a healthy, happy baby. I would prefer a little girl but would be just as happy with a little boy. Well, this weekend is full of more graduation parties and Memorial Day parties. Friday night - Halee, Sunday - Lenzie and Ryan, Monday - VanMeter partay! Nothing like being prepared!

It is still kinda weird to think that we are responsible for the life of a child and it is kinda freaking me out a little that in 8 days we are going to be responsible for the life of 2 children. Monday, June 30, 2008. Over the past few weeks Avoca Praise! Sunday, June 22, 2008. Tonight we had a BLAST (our Sunday night kids' program) party at the putt-putt course in Chinquapin. Where else can you putt-putt and feed goats all at the same time. The owners of the course reserved the entire course just for us, so our kiddos had the whole place to themselves! We started looking into things for the baby registry. Wow, there are so many options and we were both overwhelmed.
