A collection of our attempts to cook. Sunday, January 25, 2009. 2 cups mushroom (we used a mix of portabella and crimini). Juice of lemon (1/2 lemon). 2 tbsp chopped parsley. 4 cups vegetable stock. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 1/2 cup risotto rice (arborio). Salt and fresh ground pepper. 3 tbsp fresh grated Parmesan. The way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Monday, 7 June 2010. Boneless mutton 1/2 kg. Small onion 1 cup. Jeera powder 1 tsp. Chilli powder 1 tsp( t0 taste). Chop onion into small pieces. Add oil and then onion and saute for sometime. Add dry red chilli and masala powders( jeera and chilli powder). Add mutton and fry for a few mintues. Add salt to taste and little water.
