T H E C A P S L I M: Sa Aking Pagtanda
http://thecapslim.blogspot.com/2008/02/sa-aking-pagtanda.html
Anything and everything under the sun. I want to share this forwarded email I got from my yahoogroup. grabe, sobrang nakaka-touch! I can't help but miss my Daddy in the 2nd to the last paragraph. Sa aking pagtanda, unawain mo sana ako at pagpasensyahan. Kapag dala.
T H E C A P S L I M: Eight Lies of a MOTHER
http://thecapslim.blogspot.com/2008/02/eight-lies-of-mother.html
Anything and everything under the sun. Eight Lies of a MOTHER. This story begins when I was a child: I was born poor. Often we hadn't enough to eat. Whenever we had some food, Mother often gave me her portion of rice. While she was transferring her rice into my bowl, she would say . Eat this rice, son! I'm not hungry.". This was Mother's First Lie. Chopstick but she immediately refused it and said,. Eat this fish, son! I don't really like fish.". This was Mother's Second Lie. Go to sleep, son! I continue...
T H E C A P S L I M: Some Thoughts on Motherhood
http://thecapslim.blogspot.com/2008/02/some-thoughts-on-motherhood.html
Anything and everything under the sun. Some Thoughts on Motherhood. Somebody said it takes about six weeks to get back to normal after you've had a baby. that somebody doesn't know that once you're a mother, "normal" is history. Somebody said you learn how to be a mother by instinct. that somebody never took a three-year-old shopping. Somebody said being a mother is boring. that somebody never rode in a car driven by a teenager with a driver's permit. Somebody said a mother can do her job with her eyes c...

http://thecapslim.blogspot.com/2008/02/time-flies.html
Anything and everything under the sun. Honestly speaking, I really don’t know if I should be happy or sad. Just like in one of the commercial says, “My baby is no longer a baby”, this is also true with my baby what I mean is with my little girl. To date, here are the accomplishments of my girl. Can say the following words:. Dada – Dad. Mama – Mom. Ny – Barney. Do – Dog. Ca – Cat. Wa – One. U – Two. E – Three. 9 Ta - Stop. Can do the following:. Throw the trash in the garbage can. Wear her Dad’s cap.

T H E C A P S L I M: Pandan Chicken
http://thecapslim.blogspot.com/2008/02/pandan-chicken.html
Anything and everything under the sun. Pandan chicken is made by marinating the chicken in a pandan sauce, then actually wrapping the chicken pieces in pandan leaf (this step is optional) for a colorful, flavorful dish that's beautiful to serve as an appetizer or main dish at a potluck or party. As in there is no single piece left in the serving dish. I guess it was a success experiment on my part. No picture of my version of Pandan Chicken coz it’s “simo’t sarap! A Pocketful Of Dandelions
This year I’m setting myself a little bit of a challenge. You see I’ve been bitten by the dressmaking/sewing bug and I thought it would be fun to try to sew a summer wardrobe for Bubs. I’m envisioning lots of floaty summer dresses, smart shorts and lightweight trousers. Nothing fussy or complicated as I am very much a beginner. I thought I’d share a few of my pattern picks with you today. Was last modified: September 3rd, 2017. March 14, 2017. Allotment Tales- Begin again. Allotment Tales- Begin again.

A Day In The Life of A Dewberry!
A Day In The Life of A Dewberry! Thursday, May 7, 2009. Wow, I can't believe three months have past since my last blog. I haven't been as diligent with this blog thing as I would have liked. Renee keeps reminding me of this; if only there were eight days in a week! Although, there have been many momentous events that have taken place over these past months, I will start with my girls first sleepover. Wow! 160;To me the whole girls night was PRICELESS! A Pocketful of Dreams. A random collection of thoughts and inspiring moments which propel me to throw words together, which may make some complete sense or may be utter bullshit. A Pocketful of Kimchi | Life as an English teacher in Korea
A Pocketful of Kimchi. Life as an English teacher in Korea. February 18, 2015. Today is my last day in Korea. I’m sitting at the airport on this very busy travel day (the long holiday weekend for Seollal, also known as Lunar New Year, began today), watching people come and go, wondering if their adventures are just starting or coming to an end. Did I really just spend the past year living in Korea? Did this adventure really just come to a close? February 6, 2015. The entrance to a typical Japanese house.

A Pocketful of Mental Lint. Writing what you know. View my complete profile. Sunday, November 15, 2015. Writing what you know. The advice to writers seems to always have been "write what you know" which for some of us who view our lives as relatively unexciting or mundane is definitely demotivating. At least it always seemed that way. Writing what I know means engaging in significant self-reflection which is always an interesting exercise, even if not compelling or particularly spell-binding. For some ti...

A Pocketful of Miracles. ☺
A Pocketful of Miracles. 8220;Our new way of being religious may seem chaotic, as most new things do, but it coheres around certain elements: individual choice over institutional decree. Inner experience over creed; reason and evidence over. Dogma; unity and pluralism over separation and tribalism. These trends reverse centuries of religious history, and they bode well for an authentically democratic spirituality — if we continue to develop it with care. 8221; from The Huffington Post. You know my soul d...
