Ingredienti per 4 persone:. 200 g di fagiolini. 350 g di polpa di manzo. 1 cucchiaio di prezzemolo tritato. 2 cucchiai di erba cipollina tritata. 2 cucchiain di paprika piccante. 1 cucchiaino di rafano grattugiato. 1 dado per brodo di carne. 30 g di burro. 8 fette di pane casereccio. Appena la carne sarà cotta toglietela dalla pentola, tagliatela a bocconcini e rimettetela nella pentola per qualche istante.

I get 5 kilograms of grains every batch, and living in the city, the only way to get rid of them is to recycle in the organic bin. No chicken, no pigs to feed with it. I saved some grain from the last homebrew and made some kind of snack bars. Dry the grains in oven, 100°C for a couple of hours (you can do that the evening before, or after sparging).
