Saturday, July 24, 2010. My all time favourite curry - Saffron Chicken Curry. The real version of this is sooo creamy and luscious its like heaven on a plate! I've modified it so it doesn't have the oodles of double cream, and I've used olive oil instead of butter or ghee and its still very yummy! 1kg chicken thigh fillets, cubed (thighs have better flavour than breast meat). 100 raw unsalted cashew nuts. 4 medium red onions. 75 cm cinnamon stick, flaked (I used 2tsp ground). 4/5 green cardamom pods.

Baggy Trousers

What was the duty of the teacher if not to inspire? Tuesday, January 10, 2017. They circled around me, natives in a ring, and I saw their souls a-withering like snakes in chains (Patti Smith). As I was standing in the lengthy queue to see The Walking Dead. Tour at Universal Studios. This week, I had time to ponder on the idea of expectation. We were in L.A. on the way home to NZ after our holiday in London. I'd read the brochure on. I like this state of being. All things are possible. Links to this post.

Scottish Ska on the rise

Scottish Ska on the rise. Thursday, 14 May 2009. Social science and Ska? Monday, 11 May 2009. Interview with Root System. Sunday, 19 April 2009.
